Cancellation

Reservations made 31 days or more in advance will be refunded in full prior to the 30th day.

Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation cancelled after reservation 30 days prior to check in.

No-show Policy

If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Prepayment

Guests will be charged the total price at time of booking for reservations made 30 days, or less in advance.

Damage policy option: If you stain sheets or towels and the stains cannot be removed with washing.

Your card will be charged the total price of the Sheet Set $100. Towels $15 each.

All other damages will be assessed, for repair, or replacement.

Guests pay a damage deposit of: US$300

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

The maximum number of guests is 6.

Parking

Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. 1 dog over 40 lbs, or 2 dogs under 20 lbs.

Additional deep cleaning pet fee of $50.00

Pets cannot be left alone in the home for longer than 6 hours.

Pets are not allowed in the beds, if we find pet hairs all over the bedding, you forfeit your deposit.

If your pet must sleep with you, bring your own sheets.
